The R411 is a high-gain PIN + Transimpedance + Limiting amplifier ideally suited for single-mode and multimode digital applications up to 43 Gb/s. Due to its high conversion gain of 900 V/W and differential GPPO RF outputs, the R411 can be connected directly to commercial CDR / DEMUX modules. The R411 also offers a high optical overload of > +2 dBm, a very low power dissipation of 200 mW, and utilizes our high-reliability InGaAs photodiode technology.
