Advanced Laser Diode Systems A.L.S.公司的PiLas半导体激光器可以提供皮秒量级的脉冲输出，脉宽可小到18ps。此类皮秒半导体激光器的波长范围广，可覆盖375nm到1550nm这一范围。其峰值功率从20mW到1000mW不等。其抖动很小，仅为3ps－4ps。

  一套标准系统包括驱动器、激光头和光学附件部分。

  根据重复频率不同可划分两类：0～1MHz重复频率可调和100MHz固定重复频率。

Two Versions of PiLas-Systems are available:
